Privacy and project photo policy.

This website summary explains our intended practices. A signed project agreement and any separate photo release control the specific project.

Plain-language summary: We may take photos of areas reasonably related to the requested or approved work for estimating, safety, project documentation, warranty, insurance, and dispute records. Public marketing use requires the customer’s written approval.

Project documentation

Niko Residential Holdings and Amr and Nhi LLC may photograph or record the work area, visible existing conditions, materials, progress, and completed work when reasonably connected to estimating, scheduling, safety, quality control, warranty, insurance, payment, or dispute documentation.

Public use requires permission

Photos are not intentionally posted to the public portfolio, social media, advertising, or other marketing unless the customer selects and signs the public photo permission in the project record or gives another written release.

Identifying details are excluded

For public use, we will not intentionally show faces, children, exact addresses, mail, personal documents, family photographs, license plates, access codes, keys, alarm controls, camera locations, valuables, or other sensitive security information.

Declining public use

A customer may decline public marketing use without changing the price or availability of the underlying service. Documentation reasonably needed for business, legal, insurance, safety, or warranty records may still be retained as allowed by law and the signed agreement.

Quote request uploads

Pictures submitted through the quote form are stored for request review and business records. They are not public merely because they were uploaded. The optional marketing checkbox is separate from the required request-processing consent.

Customer responsibility

Before photographs are taken, customers should move or cover sensitive documents, medications, valuables, family photographs, access codes, and other items they do not want included in the project record.

Data collection

The quote form collects contact information, a project address, service selections, descriptions, scheduling preferences, consent choices, and optional images. We use this information to evaluate and communicate about requested services and maintain necessary business records.
